Common questions
Do you work on both Macs and PCs? +
Yes — Windows PCs, Macs, laptops, phones and tablets. If it plugs in or connects to Wi-Fi, we can almost certainly help.
Can you come on weekends? +
Yes, we are available seven days and happy to come outside of regular working hours as well.
What if the problem cannot be fixed? +
We will tell you straight, explain your options, and will not keep the meter running on a lost cause. You only pay for the time spent.
Do I need to prepare anything before you arrive? +
No. It helps if you know the passwords for your device and accounts, but if not we will work through it together.
Can you help remotely? +
For quick follow-ups after a visit, often yes. First visits are in person so we can see the full picture.
Do you offer ongoing support for businesses? +
Yes — regular scheduled visits or on-call arrangements for small businesses. Get in touch and we will work out what fits.
